Katrin Wenzel. Consulting offers specialist expertise on gender-mainstreaming in the governance and anticorruption sectors as well as for gender equality policies and instruments.Working with international organisations, national institutions, and NGOs, I translate feminist theory and intersectional analysis into context-sensitive and applicable products for policy advice, project planning and implementation as well as capacity building measures. A particular area of specialisation is the intersection of gender and anti-corruption, a field that remains underexplored in both policy and practice.In my work, a gender and intersectional lens is not an add-on, but the analytical starting point, to understand gender equality as a condition for effective governance, social justice and sustainable development.
